Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Visits HSK Test Sites
On May 21st, Salidin Kaldybaev, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic visited the HSK test sites in the Confucius Institute at Kyrgyz National University and oversaw the exams with other staff of HSK. Altogether 57 test rooms were set up for 1,443 examinees.

Salidin Kaldybaev said he was delighted to see the number of HSK examinees reaching a historic high of 1,500.
In addition, Salidin Kaldybaev highly affirmed the Chinese-teaching achievements made by the Confucius Institute at Kyrgyz National University. He also pointed out that following the proposal of the ˇ°Belt and roadˇ± strategy, Sino-Kyrgyz cooperation will provide great opportunities for Kyrgyzstan in different fields, including the urgent needs for different kinds of Chinese language talents.

Salidin Kaldybaev also stressed in the interview that in order to strengthen and further the long-term friendly cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Education and Science would continue to enhance educational exchanges and cooperation with China, fully support the institute and cultivate more qualified Chinese language talents serving as friendship bridges for the two countries.
